These are custom cut and chamfered 1/4-20 threaded studs in brass material that we supply to our long time customer at small 1,000-3,000 pieces quantities. Lead time is typically 1 to 2 weeks depending on the material availability, which can be significantly improved with a rush charge if necessary. Our internal part number is FTS-014048-O.

We supplied our customer that manufactures fire pump equipment with these custom 17-4ph precision dowel pins using 100% domestic production with DFARS compliant raw material and full certs - material certs, heat treat certs, and a certificate of conformance. The pins were produced to a diameter of .1249-.1251" and overall length of .670-.675" with equal spherical radii on both sides. Parts went through heat treatment to achieve the Rc36 hardness minimum requirement.

These are domestic made 18-8 stainless steel flat washer measuring .170 X .500 X .030. Tolerances on the OD are +/-.0050 and the ID is maintained within .170-.177 per the customer specific requirements. The thickness on the washer ranges between .030 and .040 inches.

These custom 316 stainless captive shoulder screws were manufactured domestically with plain finish. The captive shoulder area measured 2.94MM X 12MM +/-.005" and the M4-0.7 thread covered 8MM of the overall length. Slotted pan head was incorporated per standard IFI dimensions. The metric thread on these parts was cut rather than rolled.

These custom round head shoulder wood screws were manufactured at 10,000 pieces using 316 stainless steel material with plain finish. The head/shoulder combination was cold headed and the thread rolled. Shoulder dimensions were 3.8-4.0mm diameter by 5.5mm minimum in length, with the rolled thread at 15.88mm min usable thread. It's round head was specified to 7.5mm-8.0mm diameter and 2.75mm-3.05mm height.

These are custom 316 stainless steel round u-bolts we supplied to our customer at a bit over 1,000 pieces. Lead time was at about 6-7 business days from order and material certs with certificate of conformance were provided with the parts as well per our customer's request. The inside width is 2-5/8", inside length is 5", and approximately 3-1/2" of thread are incorporated at each leg. Rush service is available upon request.

These custom 316 stainless steel shoulder screws were produced domestically in the USA for our water treatment OEM customer. Partial 4-40 thread was incorporated, with a machined shoulder incorporated per our customer specifications. The hex socket drive was broached rather than cold headed - you can see the slight rough nature of the drive when zooming into the photo.

Pictured here are custom bent anchor bolts made domestically using 316 stainless steel material. 10-24 thread is used on one leg at approximately 7/8" in length. An 85 degree bend was incorporate per customer's print, with the thread containing leg measuring 1-3/4" and the short leg measuring 1-1/2".

These custom binding posts were manufactured using 316 stainless steel material, with 3/8 coarse internal thread tapped as close to the head as possible and a T30 drive cold headed all the way through. The head diameter is 1.13" head height at .19" +/- .01". The shoulder outside diameter is set to .63" and measures .75" in length, with both dimensions also limited to a +/-.01" tolerance. 4340 alloy steel material was also considered as an alternative, offering greater strength when heat treated than the 316 stainless steel material version pictured here.

These are one of the custom brass inserts we supply our long time customer that had production facilities in the US and in Mexico. We initially ran a test production cycle of 300 pieces for them to test in their assembly prior to committing for the full 10,000 pcs required in their first batch. Plain brass material was used and the knurled outside diameter was set at .235". Our customer was in a rush and we ran an expedited option with lead time at under 2 weeks.

We had 10,000 pieces of these custom coupling nuts with nylon patch produced for our customer using 18-8 stainless steel material with partial internal thread. The drilled hole depth was at 19MM max and 16MM of that depth was to be threaded. Across the flats measures .500" and overall length at 1.5". The undrilled side required a 45 degree chamfer resulting in a .40" diameter round base. Nylon patch was applied at 180 degrees after the first 2 threads.

These custom DFARS 316 stainless steel screws were manufactured domestically with plain finish for our marine unmanned vehicle manufacturing customer. The two sizes shown here are 8-32 X 7/18 and 10-32 X 5/8, both fully threaded. The hex socket drive is broached on both sizes for fast turnaround - cold headed version provides better cost per piece but requires a longer lead time.

These custom domestic alloy steel socket head screws were manufactured domestically for our customer that needed DFARS compliant 10-32 X 1-3/8 parts. 4140 alloy steel material was used, heat treated to Rc 37-44 and finished with black oxide.

These are custom eye bolts we supplied in 304 stainless steel material, with nuts and washers per our customers requirements. 5/16" coarse thread and bar stock was used and the parts were bent to create a 1-3/8" inside eye diameter and approximately 1" of thread. Material certs were made available to the customer with the parts and the lead time to produce 75 pieces was approximately 7 business days.

We supply a number of different custom flat HDPE washers like this .030 thick washer. This specific .625 X .250 flat washer we supply to our long time customer on a blanket purchase order basis, with a 12 month initial term. Lead time on a part like this is typically 4-6 weeks from order and drawing approval if applicable.

Our marine OEM customer ordered approximately 4,000 pcs of these custom large stainless steel spacers. 5/16-18 thread was incorporated internally, 1-1/4 inches of thread min on each side. The gap between the two sides of thread was drilled all the way through for improved production time, allowing the entire part to be drilled through and then each side tapped on both sides. The outside diameter was set at 1/2" and the overall length at 3". Tolerances on all dimensions were +/- .015". 303 stainless steel material was used for production and material certs are available upon request.

These are custom machined flat head screws made domestically in the USA using 303 stainless steel material. The unique application required the custom screw to have a stop shoulder machined and a 30 degree angle under the head. 10-24 thread was used for the threaded area and the head diameter was maintained at .312" +/-.005. We supplied just 10 pieces of these custom machined screws for prototype purposes before our customer commits to a larger quantity.

This is a domestic manufactured custom fine thread metric hex head cap screw in A2 stainless steel material we supplied to one of our marine OEM customers - the parts measured M8 X 1.0 X 30MM and were made fully threaded to the customer's specific instructions. Lead time was 4-6 weeks from order.

Easily one of the more odd specials we have worked on for a customer, this is the niche nipple repair plug made to a print provided by our long time customer. Each part is machined individually as opposed to injection molding process alternative, making it a fairly expensive item to produce but the ideal way to meet the critical tolerances. We typically ran approximately 1,000 pcs at a time for our customer.

These custom oval point set screws are manufactured domestically in the USA in 304 stainless steel material. Lead time for production was 6-8 weeks from order confirmation. These custom set screws measure 7/16-14 X 7/8 and our internal part number is SSO-4314-I. Full certs were provided per our customer's request.

This is a custom captive screw measuring 10-32 X 2-3/8 manufactured in the United States using 18-8 stainless steel material. It has a standard pan head with a phillips drive and is partially threaded to act as a captive/panel screw. An o-ring is incorporated on each screw to our customer's specifications. We have carried this part on a blanket as-released purchase order basis for the same customer for over five years.

These custom precision flange bushings were produced domestically in the USA using 18-8 stainless steel material. The overall length measured .630" +/-.01" and the part incorporated both an external flange and an external flange per customer supplied drawings. The OD on the barrel portion is .5" and .585" at the external flange, both with the same +/-.01" tolerance. ID on the inside barrel portion is .45".

These are custom round 304 stainless steel u bolts with extra long threaded section to allow our customer to cut them down as needed for a variety of different applications. This allowed him to get better pricing on a larger quantity and still service a different length requirements. The inside width is measured at 1/2" and the inside depth is at 8-1/2 inches. Each leg has approximately 7-1/4 inches of coarse thread. Material certs were provided with the parts per our customer's request.

These are custom round 304 stainless steel u-bolts domestically manufactured for our customer at 535pieces. This was rush order and we were able to produce the parts within 3 days of order placement. Material certs and a certificate of conformance was provided with the parts per the customer's specific request. The inside width was set at 2-1/16 inches, inside depth at 3-1/2 inches, and 1-1/4 inches of 1/2 diameter coarse thread was incorporated on each leg.

These are 10-24 thread version of custom rubber vibration isolation mounts we supply our customer base. This specific part we supply on a revolving blanket purchase order basis. The vibration isolation mounts are manufactured domestically in the USA and the initial lead time for first shipment is typically at 45-60 days from order confirmation.

We had approximately 150,000 pieces of these small precision 304 stainless steel dowel pins manufactured for our customer with split scheduled releases. The pins measured 2.93-3.42MM in overall length with a diameter of 2.390MM +0/-.002. Slight 0.25MM radius was applied on both sides to complete the parts.

These custom stainless steel threaded studs were supplied to our custom at just 550 pieces with a lead time of 1-2 weeks from confirmed order. The threaded studs were manufactured domestically using 18-8 stainless steel material with passivation to complete the production process. They measure 6-32 X 7/8" and the internal part number is FTS-006014-I.

This is an M5 X 0.8 X 60MM hex head cap screw that is fully threaded per customer's specifications and manufactured in the United States using 410 stainless steel. Parts are then heat treated for required hardness. A similar part is supplied for the same customer at M6 diameter, which will be shown as a separate entry. Both parts are supplied on a one-time release basis at 5,000 pieces each.

These custom PTFE button head pins were manufactured domestically in the USA using plain PTFE material and were supplied with full certs. Although they look relatively simple they are very difficult to manufacture due to the tiny size and also the immense jamming issues you get running this material through the production equipment. It took a long time to perfect our process and achieve the tolerances without consistent equipment issues.

These specialty stainless steel u-bolts were manufactured domestically using plain 304 stainless steel material. The 1/2-13 thread was incorporated at 1-1/4 inches on both sides with the thread cut, as opposed to rolled. Unless the customer specifically requests rolled thread we typically always use the cut thread as the default option. The inside depth measured 3 inches and the inside width is 2-1/16". A rush fee was paid by the customer to get the custom u-bolts completed within 2 days from order.
