How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

Custom and modified parts are NOT returnable unless the part does not conform to the drawing specifications or is found to have a defect.  In the latter scenario a request must be made for an RMA approval number to initiate the return.  If our custom product is found to not meet the required specifications per Drawing without the customer's prior approval of any such variance, 110% of the paid amount will be refunded to the customer in accordance with our 110% conformance guarantee.

Standard off-the-shelf parts, like hose clamps, can be returned within 14 days of receipt for any reason.  If an error was made by Engineered Source in packaging or shipping the parts, Engineered Source will pay for the return shipping charges.  If however the customer decided to return the parts for other reasons not attributable to the fault of Engineered Source the customer shall then bear the cost of return shipment.   Upon inspection of the returned parts and verification that the parts are still in new condition and in the correct quantity the refund will be initiated to the customer's account or credit card.
