We have supplied custom threaded studs in an endless array of materials, from simple low carbon steel to exotics. Small diameter, large diameter, metric, and inch standards are a daily routine for us and both rolled and cut threads are available. Countless finish types are available, from HDG to chrome plated and Xylan coated parts. For very high volume we typically run production overseas to provide optimized pricing to our customers. This is a dual threaded straight stud made to AN126288 specifications, with one side at 5/16-24 thread pitch and the other at 5/16-18 non standard pitch. We supplied this part to our aerospace customer at approximately 300 pieces per order. AMS 6322 steel was used as the material, heat treated to 26-32 rockwell hardness and Cadmium plated to AMS 2400 specification. Material, heat treat, and plating certs were provided with the parts.

These are custom cut and chamfered 1/4-20 threaded studs in brass material that we supply to our long time customer at small 50-100 pieces quantities. Lead time is typically 1 to 2 weeks depending on the situation, which can be significantly improved with a rush charge if necessary. Our internal part number is FTS-014048-O.

These are custom 17-4 stainless steel double end threaded studs made using 17-4 H1100 stainless material with heat treat required to finalize the parts. 200 pieces of the custom threaded studs were made domestically with a lead time of 2-3 weeks from confirmation. 2-1/4 inches of 1/2 coarse thread is incorporated with 1-3/4 inches of fine thread on the other side. Full material and heat treat certs were provided with the parts and our internal part number is B6070-500.

This is another 5/8-11 threaded stud made using 316 stainless steel material, at 10" lengths. Similar to the 6" version discussed in the previous entry these studs were also made with a 1 week lead time. The quantity was higher however, at 150 pieces total at 10" lengths. Higher quantities can be set up for annual or 6 month blanket purchase orders as well.

These are custom 316 stainless steel threaded rods cut and chamfered to 11-1/2 lengths. We supplied this specific order at just 36 pieces with 3/4-10 thread. Material certs were supplied with the parts per the customer's request and the lead time was at just 3-4 days from the initial order. Our internal part number for these custom 316 stainless steel studs is ATR-075C11.5-J.

We supply our customer base a large array of custom made to print weld studs like this 316 stainless steel reduced base weld stud. It measures 3/4-10 X 2-1/4 and is sold to our customer on an annual as-released blanket purchase order basis. Our internal part number is CJL-075036-J.

We supply our customer base a large variety of custom made threaded rod studs made using 316 stainless steel. This particular 5/8 X 6 threaded stud, with coarse thread, was supplied at a quantity of 100 pieces with a lead time of approximately 1 week. The threaded studs are cut from 10 foot 316 stainless material and then chamfered on both ends for optimal use.

These are custom large ACME thread studs we supplied our customer in two different lengths: 2 ft 11 inch and 3 ft 5 inch. Both lengths were fully threaded with 1-1/4" ACME thread. 3 custom tapped heavy hex nuts per piece were supplied with the threaded studs. Parts were made in the USA and were supplied with material certs.

Pictured here are custom bent anchor bolts made domestically using 316 stainless steel material. 10-24 thread is used on one leg at approximately 7/8" in length. An 85 degree bend was incorporate per customer's print, with the thread containing leg measuring 1-3/4" and the short leg measuring 1-1/2". Lead time for smaller quantities (in the hundreds) is 5-7 business days if plain 316 stainless steel material is used.

These custom double end shoulder studs were manufactured domestically using B7 material with plain finish. 1" coarse thread was incorporated on one side at a length of 1-1/4". 1-5/8" of 3/4" coarse thread was cut on the other side of the stud, with the shoulder machined to a diameter of .75" +/- .01". Overall length of the double ended stud is 4" +/-.01" and in plain finish this part can be produced relatively quick with a lead time of 2-4 weeks depending on the production volume required. Material certs were provided with the parts per customer's requirements.

We had 100 pieces of these custom double thread hardened turnbuckle studs produced for our customer in 4140 steel material, hardened to 45-48 HRC. Local induction heat hardening was performed at the longer hex key, targeting 53-57 HRC. 3/8-24 UNJF 2A thread was rolled with right hand thread on one side and left hand thread on the other. Overall length was to be between 10.33" and 10.38", with the unthreaded portion diameter between .345" and .375".

Production of these custom internally and externally threaded studs was run at approximately 10,000 pieces, in medium carbon grade 5 equivalent steel material. The specific hardness requirement was set to 25-35 HRC. The custom threaded studs had an overall length of .75" +/.02" with a 45-50 degree tapered point on one side. Slotted drives were incorporated at both sides for optimal flexibility in our customer's application. 1/2-13 thread was rolled on the outside and 1/4-20 thread tapped all the way through.

We had 64 pieces of these custom large B7 threaded studs manufactured for our customer, with the cut and chamfer of the plain parts done domestically followed by commercial zinc + clear plating operation. The threaded studs measured 1-1/5 - 8 X 6-1/4 and were supplied with ASTM A194 2H heavy hex nuts.

Total production of these custom large grade 5 threaded stud socket bolts was run at approximately 27,000 pieces using grade 5 steel material per SAE J429 with zinc clear finish per ASTM B633 Type III. Overall length of the bolts was 6" and a .566-.573" socket drive was incorporated on one side.

These are custom metric threaded studs we supplied a customer in Orange County at 200 pieces. They were manufactured domestically with a lead time of 2-3 weeks, made using ANSI 1008 material with material certs and chemical composition specs included. ASME B1.13M-2005 M30X3.5M thread was required and the overall length for each stud was maintained at 338MM. Our internal part number for this threaded stud is ATR-M30X35X388MM.

These are custom stainless double end studs we provide our long time customer on a recurring basis, typically with production runs of approximately 300 pcs. They are made domestically using 304 stainless steel material. Pictured here is the threaded stud with it's mating part. The thread on one side measures .875" in length and approximately .687" on the other. The unthreaded shoulder is 1/2" diameter and the overall length of the stud is set at 2-3/8".

We provide our customer a small batch of these custom stainless steel double end studs at just over 100 pieces. They wanted to replicate existing parts but did not have any drawings or prints. We used a sample piece provided to replicate all dimensions to a +/-.01" tolerance. 1/4-20 thread is incorporated on the larger diameter side and 10-32 on the other, with approximately half the thread turned down into a dog point.

These are one of many custom stainless steel studs we supply our recurring customers. This specific order of 3/4" X 6" threaded studs in 316 stainless steel consisted of 42 pieces. Off the shelf 6 foot 316 stainless steel threaded rod was cut and chamfered on both sides - production took 4 days from receipt of order.

These custom stainless steel threaded studs were supplied to our custom at just 550 pieces with a lead time of 1-2 weeks from confirmed order. The threaded studs were manufactured domestically using 18-8 stainless steel material with passivation to complete the production process. They measure 6-32 X 7/8" and the internal part number is FTS-006014-I.

We supplied these custom ultra fine threaded studs to our customer in the civil engineering and construction field. They measure 5/16-32 X 1-1/4 and are manufactured domestically with a lead time of 1-2 weeks. 100 pieces were produced with each side chamfered by hand. Unlike the typical threaded studs used in construction, these ultra fine thread parts were very temperamental and required extra care during the production process and handling. Even the smallest error in the chamfering process or a small dent in the thread from handling/shipping could ruin the thread run and cause jamming on the mating parts.

These are large custom double sides studs made using grade 8 steel material at 1-1/4 diameter and 52 inches overall length. Each side had 6 inches of thread and a grade 8 nylon insert zinc yellow lock nut. Production for 8 pieces took approximately 1 week. Material certs were made available to our customer upon request.

We supplied our customer with 3 different sizes of these large double end studs: 160 pieces of 1"-8 X 5.125" with 1-1/2" and 1-3/4" of thread lengths, 30 pieces of 3/4"-10 X 3.8125" with 1" and 1-1/4" of thread lengths, and 12 pieces of 1-1/8"-8 X 5-3/4" with 1-7/8" and 1-1/4" thread lengths. All threaded studs were made domestically using B7 material with light oil plain finish. One side of each double end stud was stamped with the B7 material designation. Lead time to produce all three sizes was approximately 5 business days from order confirmation.
