These are custom small u bolts we supplied to our customer at approximately 16,000 pcs.  The 1/4-20 thread was rolled per customer specifications and the zinc plating was done to QQ-Z-325.  Width between the legs is set at 1.060 inches before the extended rolled thread, outside length at 1.84 inches, and thread length at .62 inches.  Material was .217-.213 diameter 1010 steel per ASTM A108.

Larger quantities of these custom small u bolts would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis.  The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
