Retaining Rings/Rotor Clips

Engineered Source is proud of the relationship we have with Rotor Clip (aka Rotor Clamp). Since 1957 they have produced the highest quality products at competitive prices, in the United States! They are a second generation, family owned, business that has made the leap from “mom and pop” to large and lean without losing the family feel. The Slass family believes in the ability of America to compete by being efficient and smart, as opposed to looking for cheaper labor and materials.

Rotor Clip is ISO certified. They are approved by the largest auto makers and the US Military. Quality is, and always has been, the first concern. Their machines are highly automated. They buy steel years in advance. They do their own plating. They have built their own heat treating oven. They laser cut large custom retaining rings. They own their own buildings and even more raw land. It’s not a wonder that these products have not been replaced by cheaper overseas imitations. Their formula for success is a model for all manufacturers.

The retaining ring line includes tapered, constant section and spiral retaining rings. Parts can be radially or axially installed. Typical material choices include; carbon steel, stainless steel, or beryllium copper. Corrosion resistance can be achieved by a selection of coatings. The selection of clamps encompasses single and double wire, as well as, constant tension band clamps. All of the clamps are self-compensating to allow for expansion and contraction of the hose. They are less expensive and easier to install than worm drive hose clamps previously used in many industries.

Engineered Source typically has around a million parts in stock. As a master distributor, we supply many OEM’s and other distributors. If we don’t have your part, we can get it quickly. Contact us today and see how easy it can be.
