Custom & Standard Fasteners

Special fasteners are our specialty!  Inch and metric standard and custom fasteners manufactured to IFI, DIN, JIS, or to customer specs can be produced in quantities as low 1,000 pieces.    Engineered Source has factories that have in-house tool making which insures the shortest lead times and the highest quality.  Inspection labs, manned by experienced technicians, can handle PPAP requirements, SPC programs, certifications, and “automation quality fasteners”.  Design assistance is also available.  

Standard fastener products offered include; carriage bolts, sheet metal screws, machine screws, cap screws, hex bolts, shoulder bolts, solid rivets, lag screws, weld screws, SEMS parts, thread forming, thread cutting, Shakeproof fasteners and wood screws.  Fastener parts are available in diameters from #000 through 4” in any length you can imagine.  Standard and special nuts and washers, special coatings, locking patches, and special packaging are all commonplace for us.  We offer hardware in carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, silicon bronze, copper, nylon and many more.
